All Cases Recieving Interview?
Hello everyone,
I have been hearing online from immigration attorneys that with the new presidency, ALL marriage cases are recieving GC interviews again, regardless of the amount of evidence. Is this true?
I have been happy to see a lot of December 2023 approvals recently and it doesn't seem like everyone is going through the interview process. I am interested to hear others' experience!

Spouses outside of the US with stand alone I130s, will not receive an interview until the Embassy stage. That is probably what you are seeing.

USCIS live agent just told me today that my interview will be scheduled. Yeah . before that they said it was waived but now I’m in line for interview
