I had my interview yesterday, and it lasted exactly 30 minutes. The officer was really nice and spent about half the time chatting. She asked around seven questions about our relationship, including when we got married, how we met, our address, whether we live together, if we have met each other’s families, who proposed, and when and where the proposal happened. My husband actually forgot the proposal details, and we just laughed about it.
She also scanned the additional documents we brought since we hadn’t uploaded much online when we initially applied. Then, she moved on to the I-485 questions. I realized I had made an error on our wedding date in the I-130 form, which she corrected.
That was it! Just two hours later, I received an email with an approval notice in the document tab.
