action taken on my case
got 4 emails yesterday saying action has been taken on my case…. log in and can only see one that my i130 has been approved
back in January my 485 was denied I filed 290b to reopen but didn’t receive the receipt notice as yet but the money order has been cashed….
Do you guys think that the other 3 emails was the approval of the appeal to reopen… have anyone experienced this before…. when I sent the form 290b I send all the supported documents of what they wanted and all new evidence..🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾

@D H because they had asked for a joint sponsor but the person who did the application didn’t understand the rfe

@J Hope the receipt notice from the 290b do I have to put it in on my online portal because am trying n they saying this receipt is already being used on another account

we can’t get ours to add to our account as well says linked to someone else I thought that was strange
