N400 question about work
I am filling out the N400 because I am married to an American citizen and I can do it after 3 years of having my Green card. They have been asking me about my job for the last 3 years, but I only started working 2 years ago at the same company I currently work for. So, do I just fill out the information about that job in that question? since before my husband works and was in charge of everything at home
timeline doesn’t add up.
My application is being processed in Lee’s Summit, MO. When checking shows estimated time until case decision is 62 months, same goes for the I-130. interview was waived. My friend went thro the same processes and received her green card within 6 months of applying.

Biometrics scheduled Jan 2
Today we finally received 2/4 receipt on the mail and the biometrics notice, still no physical copy of I-765 (we got the # by text msn) or I-131 - is there a way to know if they have or are going to process I-131?
UPDATE: The check for I-131 has not been cashed, does this mean it won’t be processed/rejected? We did concurrent filling, all forms and payments mailed in a single package

Name change on EAD Card
Hello everyone, I am on F1 visa with a 1 year valid EAD Card. I got divorced in my home country and I am having my all objective evidence that show I got divorced (court decree, translated in English and approved by Notary and Consulate)
My last name is supposed to be changed to my maiden last name after divorce. My new passport shows my maiden last name. When I called USCIS to ask how to notify them of my divorce, they told me that I have to re-submit my EAD and upload my further evidence.
Please advise me if you guys had experienced the same situation. #divorce #ead #namechange
