@S N that's good to know. I haven't seen any approvals yet on these forum for EB1 India this year

Most India approvals are for EB2 or EB3 which tells EB1 India are not yet taken any pace

@S N that’s interesting since many from June and July RD are still waiting. mine rd was aug and pd 2013. no updates after biometrics.

I am too early for my case, but want to see how is the treads going , how long it’s taking in general

@S N I am hanging tight since Aug 2024 when my PD became current. it's almost 10 months now.

@S N true. this happened when the dates got current in 22 as well for eb2 and there was no particular order they approved cases. I did eb1a only because I wasn’t sure if dates would move fast enough to reach my pd sep 13

@jag A and all I am tracking posts on Trackit and Lawfully but EB1 India approvals are not quite there. mostly all Indians waiting are on both forums is my assumption

I am a nov24 filer, I haven’t seen any approvals recently for eb1a india. This app is showing there are 43 people from India waiting for approval.

I saw 1 EB1-b approval for a Jan Indian filer but haven’t seen anyone else from EB1-A.

@s s I did a poll on one group and the results were around 40 EB1 with priority dates current still waiting. around 20 were older priority dates than 2021. Haven't seen a single approval on that group either since January

@s s, how and where do you see- how many people are waiting from India?

@green card you need premium subscription, if you go to case analysis you can see the number there

I think we can safely assume less than 100 EB1 India with PD as current pending as most of us are on Lawfully or Trackit and other forums showing more or less similar numbers

@P N the problem though is that 100 has not come down much in the last 2 to 3 months

@S N May be they are trying to utilize EB2 and EB3 first and move to EB1 in coming months. The dates for EB2 and 3 moved ahead in last few months but that's not the case for EB1.

My question would be why only Indians EB1? why not ROWs EB1?

is there something like an RTI in US where we can ask USCIS for information?

@first last Don't know but not many ROW EB1 either getting approved

Does i140 also get priority when approving!? I thought there is a quota only for 485, I dont think there would be any hold on specific country for approvals

@all well seems there is no logic or it's black box for us as no monthly data published. they have quarterly data published for each EB categories pending numbers with priority dates but nothing is available since Dec 2024

so far trends and approvals are only showing lesser EB1 approved. hopefully it gets picked up in coming months to utilize yearly quotas

Eb1b. PD- Sept 2021 (ported from EB2 (NIW)), COB- INDIA, I485 RD- July 2024, biometrics in August 2024, approved in Jan 2025 (no interview).

Today I got reply to my service request for case outside normal processing time. there was same response last month on my old server request. I called Emma as well and the agent told me my case is being actively reviewed but they don't have any notes. praying I should see some action soon. The status of this service request is: Recently, you notified USCIS that your priority date is current. When your priority date becomes current, your case automatically returns to active processing and will be worked in the order in which it was received. Once further action is taken, a notice will be sent to the address of record.
