@Cricket Smile I am EB1 C pending since 2023 with PD Oct 2021. In general there is no distinction for visa quota it's for all EB1 pool. when approval comes it can be anybody with A Or C

oh ok. mine is EB1C, filed in Dec 2024 with PD Jan 2020.

did you guys receive advance parole?

@green card I had received back in 2023 which was for one year. applied for renewal in Feb 2024 and it's still pending 😭

@Cricket Smile I believe PD is Feb 22 right so technically your case should have been processed. looks like there is no method to the madness

@K R my PD is Jan 2020, and current it is Feb 2022, so yes it should have been processed. mine was Eb2 to eb1.

@K R @Cricket Smile there is no logic how it gets picked up for processing. priority date only determines if you are ready for approval when the case gets picked up for adjudication. if date current you are approved else it remains pending. How and when case gets picked up is black box for us.
