petition I-130.

me and my husband applied for petition I-130 end of sept 2023 they send us letter a month later.. at first we had to wait 4 months they pushed it to 8 months in total.. when the counting ended we were excited, waiting for the next step but nah they added us another 4 months.. when the counting ended again we had no information for almost two months then we found out they added another 8 months.
The only thing that helps us is that my husband goes on deployments in Europe and that I can fly to see him on tourist visa twice a year. We can’t even build a family or make our bond stronger cuz all the time we are not together. we start over and over our relationship cuz living separate is hard and everyone get use to the loneliness.
I feel sorry for couples who didn’t make it through the process and their relationship failed cuz of it.
I cross fingers for all of you. I send love to everyone who is in similar situation cuz I know how hard it can get sometimes.

this process is just ridiculous. I applied for my mom on sep 4th, 2023. My case was acting normal with the count down. Around Oct the status changed to "taking longer than expected". I am already at the 16 months mark and now my case when back to the time to process 6 months. I already call USCIS and they are just giving general answers even L2. we paid for this i pay my taxes and all the info on the website is just a mess. this should be illegal in all forms. this is literally lying to US citizens.

I was notified at 4pm but with the news I quickly started calling all my family, friends and everyone who has been with me in this long process, but I would never forget you guys who were also with me here after 2 years 9 months and 18 days I was finally approved.
I responded to an RFE for medical exams, because the ones I sent with my initial package in 2022 expired and USCIS asked me to take new exams, which were received on December 2. USCIS notified me that they were received that same day and then 5 days later last Saturday, December 7, my case was updated to Case Is Being Actively Reviewed By USCIS, soon since it was only my medical exams and I have already been waiting for 33 months. I have had a long process. B1/B2 married to the US citizen when should I wait? I just hope that this does not take months and months just to review the medical exams
But in the end it was not like that. I already have my approval and I also have the 10-year approval PDF.

case remains under active review
Today I was chatting to Emma to get more details on the Service Request created as my PD is current since October case is outside normal processing time and nothing is pending on my case.
Two weeks back when I spoke to Emma they mentioned the service request is assigned to the officer working on the case and I should receive some response or next action in 30 days. So I checked on the status after 15 days and Emma put on the chat following. what does this mean? seems like some automated response ? how soon can I expect the decision after this ?

vawa expedite got approved
I have applied for Vawa on August 2021. Recently I applied for expedite request since it is close to pass the processing time and my mom and grandpa has health problems back home. They approved the request almost a month ago however I haven’t heard anything back from them. Does anyone have any knowledge about it ? should I do anything on my end?
