hello all please I need help, my i485 was denied do to uscis error, I have appealed my case, a receipt notice has been sent but it's yet to be approved. where do I send in application for i765 renewal please!

Field Office Assignment for AOS?
I am still waiting for my priority date to become current, but I’ve always wondered how the field office for an AOS application is determined. Specifically, how do they decide which field office handles your case, and what are the chances it will be assigned to your local field office? For context, I have an approved I-140 based on EB2-NIW.

Good evening my people so today I called uscis and requested for an information pass on my I360 and the lady I spoke to said I should be expecting an update 15months from the time I filled for it and am in the time frame so after 15 month and I haven’t received any update I can call back again . But so far I have gotten a PF and AP no work permit yet cause I recently filled for c09 . It’s this normal tho. and has anyone call for them to be told they have these certain time frame on their case .

On October 21 of 2024 I filed vawa combo . I recived only 3 of the receipt notices but not for the I-131 receipt notice . To this day I have not received or got any update on it . Earlier I called USICS did get someone on the phone just so he can transfer my call to someone available my guess . I waited for some one to pick up the phone for like 4 hours and no one answered just the Fu#### clicking noises. Horrible Customer Service. I also told my attorney a month back and she said she sent an E-Request . What do you guys advice ?
