Dec PD, no news
I thought that the processing of cases are based on their pd! My pd is December 01, but no news, instead, I see people with pd at Dec 6-11 are approved!

processing times are not based on PD. there is not a rule behind that. just check your line lock to have an idea.

VM Nov. 2024/TexasApr 9, 2025
you're correct. but I think Texas is processing a bit faster than Nebraska, but you may hear something from them this month. 🤞
Forough .Apr 9, 2025
the approvals don't come in an exact row based on PDs. It's around November now. It means maybe even individuals from October are still waiting. But yes mostly from November are getting approvals and yes some luchy guys from December have got the approval. I think even still some people from November are waiting. Hopefully you will get the approval in this month. My pd is Jan 2, so I am praying for Decemberians to get their approval soon so it comes to January asap ðŸ«

By the way, I appriciate it if you let us know once you got your approval. Hope to hear good news from you soon.

wait a bit mate, them with their PD after you but already got approval may just be luckier.
Cristhian MoraApr 9, 2025
@Sayyed Sadaqat Hussain Shah you can go to https://www.casestatusext.com
in caste tool link. you can track you case an there it will show you your line lock. Lb is like the group you are. now knowing your LB in same webpage you can go to Menu -> Form Status and approval -> I-140. they you can filter by your line lock and you can see how many cases are approved, RFEd, Denied or pending. checking that daily you can have an a idea and see how faster they are processing cases in your group.

@hadi R As things are, it is better that the case takes a little longer, the waves of RFE last week have no precedent, the lawyers inform us that so much RFE has never been seen
lou maApr 18, 2025
@Hadi R same block, I feel like this block is very slow … so I don’t think you have to worry !
