how to correct mistake in I 130
hey guys,I have a friend that forgot the fill some informations in the i130 form. do you guys know how can he correct that? he have already submitted the application. THANK YOU

@Justin Uzumaki yes on their account on uscis website under the documents tab at the bottom there is a an option there to upload evidence, they can either draft a letter pointing acknowledging the error and upload evidence to support

depends on what type of information he missed. they could reject the application or send you RFE depending on the information the person missed.

I don't think that will be a major problem. He can correct them during the interview. Most officers will ask whether you want to make corrections on the form before proceeding. If they issue him/ her a receipt notice after submitting the application, then no big deal.
