@Obote . how did you get expedite? I requested for expedite but the USCIS said I cannot expedite because of our category

@Berna Berna you can expedite if you have probable case and you have proofs to back it up. you will need to write an SOP stating why you think they should grant your appeal and on what grounds and all. and attach necessary docs to it and see if it works out.

@vawa 2023 the last update was we transfer your case for faster wich hopefully is true but I did not expedite or requested it

July 2023. case transferred in sept 2023. they mentioned the transfer reason to be faster processing (common for all tramsfers) but they still take the same processing time. combo issued for 5 years in Feb of 2024. status changed to "Correspondence received and uscis is reviewing it" in August 2024. still no update after that.

May 2023 here . mines saying case was transferred to a new office and they now have jurisdiction. i filed i485 and i765 December 2024. still waiting for EAD .
