Advance Parole Question
hello guys! my PD is June 06, 2024. It’s only been 7 Months since that day, I got my EAD already after 37 days and just waiting for my AOS Decision. Last month, the estimated time was 5months and turned to 16 months, I know it’s not accurate and could be sooner than that, just want to ask if it’s still fine to apply for AP since I didn’t apply for that concurrently. I want to try my luck cause idk how much more it will take for the decision to be made, I really want to see my family nextyear, I’ve been so homesicked already. I am going home with my husband also.
Has anybody experienced applying AP after concurrently filing?

VAWA Expedite
Hello,
Did anybody here try to expedite your I-360 because you want to join the military before? I have hold I-485 since Feb 21 and filed I-360 in Feb 22 but nothing happens yet and I am so tired of waiting. Please share your ideas. I’m in Houston, TX. Thanks a lot!

I have a question I need to travel back home urgently I applied advance parole in April my vava is approved and medical is done on my 485 i called my lawyer n they won’t be able to get me info pass till next week should I do it myself ? and Wht is the possibility to get my advance parole approved

part 1: the Form I-130 Instructions indicate that the petitions filed on behalf of a spouse must be accompanied by a completed and signed form I-130A, supplemental information for spouse beneficiary…
part 2: Although you submitted the required Form I-130A, it is incomplete because needs (beneficiary's) required information and or the beneficiary’s signature (if apply).
Submit a fully completed and signed Form I-130A, Supplemental Information for Spouse Beneficiary. If your spouse is overseas, Form I-130A must still be completed, but your spouse does not have to sign Form I-130A.
A valid signature consists of any handwritten mark or sign made by an individual, and does not include signatures created by a typewriter, word processor, stamp, auto-pen, or similar device.
** I received a Request for Evidence form stating this.. does this mean I need to fill out a new form with my husbands signature? my husband is the spouse who needs a visa. **
