hey, did it come with deferred action for 4 years?

@Fabiano H Silvestre it doesn’t say anything about deferred action in the approval notice but as of 2022 all approved sijs 360 are granted automatically the deferred action for 4 years after your 360 is approved

@Alexander shatzel that’s the thing, i’ve listening to a lot of people saying about how they are recently approving i360s without the deferred action. and they have to apply separately after the i360 is approved. i have a pending i360 and im scared its not gonna with it :(

my lawyer posted today how some people are receiving without it… :( praying that yours came with it!

@Alexander shatzel did they send you the deferred action separate? Or did you just received the approval notice without the deferred action

@Steve Barrero I received the approval without the deferred action it seems like we need to apply for form G325A to get deferred action and work permit + ssn no need to apply for 765 no more separately

@Alexander shatzel i received the approval notice without the deferred action, did you talk already to your lawyer about the way to apply for deferred action?

@Steve Barrero that’s the only way they aren’t giving it no more automatically and they changed that form this without telling no one year my lawyer didn’t knew this
