if you overstay and this is the reason that they are taking longer ,are u in or outside USA ? if you are in u have to fill the adjustment process,if you r abroad just the I130 and wait .Wishing you good luck

My I485 is at my FO waiting for an interview to schedule or maybe they will waive it since I already had one for my i130 and it was approved. My FO is currently 20 months wait. Spoke with someone today at USCIS and I was told I'm still within normal processing time.

@P P no still waiting. No interview date, no approval, nothing. Last active review was Dec 2023 🤦‍♀️

@pp my work permit expires next month hopefully I will hear something by then 🙏

@Babylove Mc same. interview done in may 2024, i130 approved in June 2024 and RFE response for 485 recieved in July 2024. radio silence since then. nothing at all.

@P P at least you did an interview. I think some good news will be coming our way by the end of the month. I see a lot of old cases are being approved on case status app
