divorce
After getting my citizenship in November 2024 , I didn't change my husband last name, I want to change it now, and we gonna do the divorce. when I will apply to change my husband last name to have my own last name, do you guys think the changing can affect my naturalization because it is too early to get the divorce?

hello guys! my PD is June 06, 2024. It's only been 7 Months since that day, I got my EAD already after 37 days and just waiting for my AOS Decision. Last month, the estimated time was 5months and turned to 16 months, I know it's not accurate and could be sooner than that, just want to ask if it's still fine to apply for AP since I didn't apply for that concurrently. I want to try my luck cause idk how much more it will take for the decision to be made, I really want to see my family nextyear, l've been so homesicked already. I am going home with my husband also.
Has anybody experienced applying AP after concurrently filing?

Hi, after my approval of my 485/130, my husband asked me to take a break from the app until Jan 1st. I am going to honour that request but I just wanted to say happy new year to everyone.

Standalone i-485 - still waiting
One year has passed and no word or any update on this. I have completed all the RFE requirements they asked February 1, 2024 and up to now, I haven't heard whether I will be interviewed or not or at most, a case decision. Can I already try to call and inquire about this? This is so frustrating. Mine is at the NBC and it has been sitting there since February 1, 2024. I wonder if they really did some review on the RFE i sent because in the USCIS website, it indicates two receipt dates in the Case Status of my response to RFE documents - February 1, 2024 on the topmost and another small text with a green check below which is October 8, 2024. I don't know which is which. Does anyone here have a similar experience?
