what could possibly be the problem is that you mailed to the wrong place . NEBRASKA should be your service center, not NBC (unless Nebraska transferred it to NBC) but your intake may be bad causing delays

it’s been transfer twice first transfer July 17 2024 second transfer Nov 26 2024

the letter said it was transferred to speed up the process but it hasn’t been approved yet it’s been almost 15 months I call USCIS they said it was going to take 14 1/2 months to call back till September 2025 if i haven’t received a decision

all they gave you was the current processing time , hopefully you receive it sooner then later. you can’t even inquire right now if you wanted to until it’s “outside processing times”

@liz Saavedra I had to send an inquiry from my senator so they could speed up my I485….it got approved in 5 months. I sent the package in September 2024
