Approved I-130 Petition sent to State for Visa Processing!! What happens next!? I can’t believe this!! We’ve been waiting for sooo long.. we’ve been married over 6 years and just was able to apply.
Thank you Lord! This has been a long time coming. Now we just moved and had another baby so we’re broke!? What comes next? Does anyone have an estimate on what fees and procedures will cost for the next step!? I know one of the steps is apply for the waiver. Then he goes to his country to do his interview and apply and get his visa to come back legally.. but how much will all of that cost? How soon do we need the money? Does the waiver approval take as long as the petition??

The 212 & 601 waives take forever & it will probably be years before it’s approved or denied

ok yeah I figured I know it takes up to 1-2 more years but the lawyer said everything is different now so it may be faster bc he’s been seeing faster results a lot lately
