Applied for PP (I-140 ROW)
Hi community,
Just wanted to share my initial experience while lodging my PP.
I sent the form and it arrived in Elgin, IL on Jan 27, 25.
I saw my credit card being charged at 9pm EST today (Jan 29, 25).
Received an email from USCIS at 9:30pm with the receipt and stating that my process would be adjudicated in 15 business days from Jan 27 (2 days has passed already).
From the website, it clearly states that for EB2NIW (E21 NIW) it would take up to 45 business days.
Only E21 with no NIW would take 15 business days.
I checked the I-907 form that I filled and I confirmed that I wrote E21 NIW.
Anyway, my receipt says 15 business days and let's see how it goes.
By the way, it's been 471 days since I lodged my original application (Oct 2023) and the service center is Texas.
I will keep sharing my experience here.

Our RFE was the physical- even though we sent them to our lawyers, for whatever reason, they didn’t submit it until the RFE.

For those asking why we are concerned about this and considering a priority processing (PP) even when we are not current, it's important to clarify our perspective. Our primary concern is the possibility of receiving a Request for Evidence (RFE) or another issue, and we want to secure a priority date (PD) as quickly as possible. This way, we can take action and address any problems that may arise.
•So NO! it has nothing to do with being “CURRENT”.
