my beneficiary is in US too , filed last year and even didnt get a biometrics from 15 months

@Angel K that’s weird, we got biometrics appointment one month after filing. Did you get asylum by USCIS or Judge?

@A K i have even contacted USCIS about biometrics , they even didnt respond.

uscis don’t care , what we gonna do of these documents if person is no more. I been separated from mom almost 8 years. she cry every day to see us but uscis don’t care because the those officers family live with them they don’t know the pain. they will never understand the pain an immigrant family see. it’s better to die than suffer like this

@Angel K maybe think about mandamus, you may file yourself, search youtube "writ of mandamus pro se"

Make a phone call to office to check if your petition was sent to a wrong place
