case status says “Interview Scheduled “
I had my AOS interview on 21st Jan-25. The interview was nothing but just confirming details of 485. the officer gave a paper post interview that says case held for review.
has anyone gone through this? What does it means? they need more time to review the case after already case been pending for more than 10 months.
Isn’t decision give after AoS interview?

visa approved passport on my hand
i collected my passport today but just 1year visa stamp on it , we got married in 2022 march then we started our process in April 2022 , so I don't understand why 1 year visa will just issued to me .
my wife is an America I'm from nigeria who base in italy we got married in italy 🇮🇹 my medical was 27 January my interview date was 28 I just went to take my passport now but the visa inside is 1year please I want people to share their thought on it I need to understand why is it like that ... I'm glad I'm happy I'm really excited for it thanks everyone here waiting for theirs and the ones trying to apply I wish u all good lucks but li need someone who can explain to me about my passport 1year visa

On Sep 2023 I Applied for an EB2NIW, Got a RFE in Sept 2023 and response was on sept 6 2024. For peace of mind, I’m considering the upgrade to Premium. May this trigger a denial for being pushy?. Suggestions are welcome
