what is the reason they deny you and did you send enough evidence?

@I can't wait to see if the green card is really green yes they denied my 485 because I didn’t send something that they need this is why I filed for 290b n den I send in all the evidence n things they need… my I130 is already approved tho

@TM🥰 MC if they denied your i485 and also denied the i290b why waste money and time again since you know you didn't include something that they requested Since you already have an approved i130 just file a new i485 application packet attach a copy of the approved i130 and send all the evidences again making sure you include what was missing last time and jump on the queue again and prepare to go for an interview incase you didn't get interview last time out

Sorry to say but you're a victim of negligence....since you used a preparer you could have seek a legal counsel to help cross check everything the preparer did which would have saved you this denial All hope is not lost, refile again seek legal help before submitting your application packet and wish you speedy approval
