@Ebee if you child is over 21 and in the United States, assuming in a legal status, you have to wait for another 7 years before you can adjust your status given your I -130 is already approved. This story doesn’t add up, sorry.

@Za daughter S This child is 20 yo and unmarried. Read the comments however, you don’t have to wait 7 years to adjust for above 21 yo chid. The GC approval could take years cos of allocation.
