Non Local Field office delivered response to RFE still no update
hi all,
we got additional RFE from non local field office on April 21 we sent same day response to RFE was delivered on April 30 but still online case nothing changed showing same status not change for RFE not for response to RFE was received.
what do you suggest we should contact to congresman? I asked many time Emma she said I can’t see any update might be response to RFE is with filed officer.
we are so frustrated our PD is April 7

@Neelum Yousafzai This is completely normal, sometimes they are not updating RFE response’s status.

they do not need to update your case status to acknowledge. Mine goes directly from RFE sent to the New Card produced after 1+ week. agent has 60 days after RFE response to upload it or make a decision
