Hey forum, I got this notification from USCIS today. My nationality is Taiwan and my pd is Feb 2023. Is it possibe that they ran out of visa available so early in the year? or is this just a glitch in USCIS system? Any information is appreciated 🥹 update on 04/25 /2025: my case is approved today.

Receipt date Jan 3 BIOmetric Feb 3 Approved March 21 I think this provides unequivocal evidence that EB visas are processed faster than family visas. It may also be possibe that EB1 may be be processed faster than EB2. Feels really good. Best wishes to all waiting.

I’m still waiting on my husband’s i-601 and i-212 waiver to be approved. We have a disabled son and I have tried multiple times to expedite the waivers and they just don’t care. Is anyone else waiting on these waivers?

Late post, but I got my citizenship last year dec19 &!got my certificate the same day. Sooo happy the process is over! I wish everyone still in the process, a speedy process and a smooth one 🙏🏾🙏🏾. I just applied for my U.S passport.
