Concurrent Filing Question
Has anyone ever done a concurrent filing for I-130, I-485, and I-765?
My I-486 and I-765 got denied but my I-130 says Request for Evidence.
Has anyone encountered the same thing before? if so, would that mean that I would have to resubmit the I-485 and I-765 and pay again after submitting my I-130 evidence? or is There a possibility for them to reopen it without paying the I-485 and I-765 fees?

my husband I-485 was denied and we talked to our lawyer and we resubmit and had to pay again and know we are waiting for the final result

@an u You can file to have it reopened but it depends on why it was denied. The 485 would not be denied because of the RFE for the 130 as it was just issued. Depending on the reason for the denial, you will either need to reapply and address the issues or there could be a reason that they will deny you and there is no way of getting a greencard.
adding after. I read back over your posts. I am not sure if you have enough info on how this whole process goes with the applications and what you can apply for and when. I am not trying to sound mean. I am wondering if you are considered to be here unlawfully? Also, you need a sponsor for the 485. The 130 establishes a relationship with a US citizen.
I would be more then happy to try in help you. My husband is a lawyer, not immigration, but I have learned so much about how all this works. Not looking for anything in return. It is stressful and I am sorry you are going through this.

@Kingsley B hi I was so stressed out I just came back to this app and saw your text thank you so much I really appreciate it .. they said I was unlawfully here I come from the bodder in 2021 get married to us citizens born nd have 2 little boys with live in with here I have a lawyer already filed out some paperwork but by the facts that im from Haiti I think everything is freezing for now one more I was under tps .. sorry the way my text sound I just a little busy
