@Joseph Climber yeah we have very similar case. wish you best of luck and approvel soon. it was LA field office as well then new york

@roya roya, still waiting too. I haven’t seen anyone that got the notification that has been approved, was thinking we would be first in line given that our cases were fully adjudicated at the field office and sent back to NBC because of the visa unavailability. So tiring…. it’s 370 days since my submission in Oct 2024

i got it on 16th of October for myself and on 20th of October for my dependent
