prima facie question
hey Guys my vawa case is pending almost 20 months … i485 based on vawa almost one year
got my work permit ( pending adjustment of status )
on October 7 my first one year period Prima facie expired , and uscis did not send me renewal or extension , 60 days were passed and Prima expired and never got again .. it’s automatically? or they always send new one ?

they should automatically send you one before the recent one got expired
you should talk to your lawyer

I called uscis and asked them for my 4th prima facie one and they send it. but the post office couldn't deliver it so the post office returned to uscis

it's generated automatically and sent before the expiration of the previous one. if you have an attorney they can request one. if you don't have an attorney, then you yourself have to call USCIS

they send automatically before your expiration. I got mine 8th prima two days ago
