approved I-485!
I just got the approval notice today for my Greencard , also for my wife and daughter. It came in one day after my interview in the Tampa Field Office.
i went very well prepared to the interview, however the main documents that officer asked were:
1. Birth certificates of all my family and translations
2. Documents to show shared accounts with my wife (car insurance, health insurance, lease agreement)
3. Passports and US issued Driver license
Other than this, they asked us about our I-94 and previous entries to the US.
they also asked about my I-140 and my job that granted the approval for this form, the reasons why i chose that place to live.
Officer was very nice. We had current PD so she looked for visa availabilities and after that she said we should be getting our cards soon.
I hope this helps someone who has a Eb1a, AOS interview ahead.

Update::I had my interview today!!The interview was not easy(485)
Hello.
just updating you guys, I had my interview today, it was not easy, took more tha an hour:
Guys if you can, take a lawyer with you, The officer was very serious she even made me feel loosing it.
She started asking questions about my VAWA which is already approved, and my attorney intervened and tell her she can't ask questions on the approved case.
I have a pending asylum, she was digging around it, wanted to catch everything.
I attended mandatory military training in my country after high school which is compulsory, and is basic training like farming etc, no weapons training- but she dug on it till I felt bad,
At some point I even mixed up years due to high tension, I don't know what will happen.
My lawyer asked her how long it will take for them to decide, she replied that is common question, people complain about delay decisions but never complained about early decision.
She only said my case will be taken for review, she doesn't need anything now, if she does she will send a letter.
My case changes to Interview was completed and case must be reviewed.
I just wanted to let you guys know what happened

Anyone in the same situation as me??? We were in central California at the time. We received the famous action taken email on 04/24/2025 and nothing has changed. I’ve talked to Emma and there’s no change. Today I decide to ask Emma in which center my case is and she tells me that Potomac. Anyone else who has been moved recently?
the wait is killing me. i130 is already approved!
please share your thoughts. feeling pretty low at this point the waiting time is crazy

Interview canceled
#Last April 11 was my interview, but they couldn't interview me because my wife gave birth to my baby that same day, but yesterday I received the notification of my interview cancellation, I don't know how long it would take them to reschedule an interview, does anyone have any idea?

i-765 EAD
My I-765 was approved on April 1st. They sent me a notification that they had already sent my card, which was produced on May 9th, but my account shows the USPS tracking number as "unavailable." So I contacted Emma, the virtual chat, and they asked me to provide my tracking number. I was able to check its status with the USPS, and it's still in the office! Now I contacted the USPS to request a report, and they told me they couldn't do anything about it yet. But my card hasn't moved since they sent it. I understand that when they send your card, they send it via Priority Mail, and it normally takes 2 to 3 days. I'm a little desperate because the first time my lawyer sent my package to USCIS, it took almost a month to move until I contacted them and they canceled it, and we had to send it again. (That was a whole month of my process lost.)
Has anyone experienced the same thing with the delays? Or do you know what to do in this case?

I got an email today saying there was action taken, but when I check on uscis there was no updates. however in the documents tab there was an approval notice!
