Has anyone contacted immigration agency and ask about their case and they told them that it was transferred from the national benefit center to the field office I know when you contact Again they’re telling you that it’s at the NBC I-485 and I-765

@Tim Tim jones All 485 goes to a field office and 765 is national benifits. It will not indicate on here or your account that it was transferred but all are.

ok I went to Emma ask for a agent and the agent told me my case was now at the field office 1 month later I did the same then they told me it’s at NBC . I don’t understand
