@Alex Li Houston FO took 3 months, my file reached then on March 17 and my interview was June 11th

@Nagendra Putti I am in Similer situation my file went to non local FO , FO opened my file on Sept 8 and updated the status to VISA BULLETIN IS NOT CURRENT OR CASE HELD IN ABEYANCE due to visa numbers ran out for 20245 fiscal year and then sent file back to NBC. approved I-131 on same day
