how long does it take to terminate master hearing immigration court after receiving your permanent residence card I got my green card on the 3rd of march 2025 submitted my case on march 29 2024 an I thought my layers would file a motion to terminate court hearing the moment I got my green card nth as yet how can I terminate my court hearings

the NVC yesterday assume they send it to the Embassy in Germany but how long does it take to transfer the Case from now, anyone knows?
They didnt answer any more questions several

Hello. biometrics done in June 2023 and no movement on my case until Jan 2025, it got transferred from Nebraska to NBC and still no gc yet. EB3 ROW so I have been current for a long time, Emma said it was last processed in March, wondering if there is anything I can do to speed it up.

Hello everyone,
I have been hearing online from immigration attorneys that with the new presidency, ALL marriage cases are recieving GC interviews again, regardless of the amount of evidence. Is this true?
I have been happy to see a lot of December 2023 approvals recently and it doesn't seem like everyone is going through the interview process. I am interested to hear others' experience!

for the people that has a spouse in another country that going through there green card processing I know everybody situation is different but my husband lives in Africa that’s where his from but he lost his passport and they are taking forever to get it done if he does not have pass in his interview what will happen?
when I say I’m not worry I would be lying be I’m stressed out I don’t know what going to happen if something goes wrong

I and my husband went to interview 6months ago but never got an update until now saying interview canceled on I130 and i485. from case is been reviewed on i485 to interview cancel after 6month. please dose any one have an idea what might cause this? or anyone with same experience. please help.
