Shocked at the Notice to Appear after EAD Denial
I heard a lawyer say online that USCIS is now issuing a ‘Notice To Appear’ in some cases after denying your EAD. Has anyone here experienced it?

i didn’t get any receipt for EAD over a year. i resubmitted 3 times and no receipt notice.

the new rule that was passes a couple of days ago is that the EAD is no longer automatically renewed, you are now going to be vetted and interviewed to determine your stability.

my Vawa got approved October 2024, and still I’m waiting for I-485 approval and I applied my I-485 September 2019…

@Sheena G listen if you still getting prima facia thats mean your vawa case is on track you don’t need to worry and I’m still on EAD no response from uscis or update on my I-485
