hello when was your interview what is your pd and were you working on your second interview??

interview was today, pd 04/21. working

@v 21 overral how was the interview? what agent mentioned at the end about decision?

fairly okay but strict at first. About 1 hour , all questions related the form. nothing outside the norm

@GB B no, they said, they will send rfe or make some decision later. Got an rfe literally an hour later . so crazy and hectic

the interview was most about are you going to still work after the GC. Do you have amy deadline when you will stop to work for the employer. I used BDV, so they asked more about BDV. just 7 question yes or not from the questionnaire. why do you apply for this job if you have a degree? Where you find this job, why you did no apply for one job in your State that you lived in? Did not look for any documents. I need to force to give my supplement J and copy of others things. The office always say if I need anything I do RFE like medical. My medical was sent in 2024. The office would ask for another medical. I showed it is a new one. My FO Kansas City.

@unskill_PD April30 2021 . ours is kansas city too. yeah similar questions. we got asked a lot of questions about bdv and job. we messed up one question about who paid. me and my spouse didn't match answers so now i am worried. they didn't ask for documents which was weird. they said if we need anything we will let you know and if you got approved will be updated in the apps within a month or two. do you know what rfe is about for you?

@sharmeen moona you had your interview at Kansas City? Was it in Oct, do they tell you why you still have to wait for your GC?

@sharmeen moona FO kansas, waiting to get the actual mail.Very identical questions to@unskill_PD April30 2021 . I know 3-4 people who gave interviews in Oct same FO and no updates on thier end.

kc has ready made questions so every of ous will get same qsn asked same happened to me yesterday interview

@G C, did you also receive rfe after interview? what did they say to you end of your interview?

@Qng Ng on 11/3. they said we will be notified of their decision if approved. i forgot how many days they said lol.

nope case status has not updated after interview. at end asked me lets go to another room and make copy of bdv contract. then sign ppr of interview completion.

My RFE is ask for all pay stubs from the sponsor. just that.

@v 21 did you get your RFE yet?

Got it yesterday. All paystubs, tax paper and proof of residence.

@v 21 smh. 🤦‍♂️. it doesn’t even make sense. they could have just asked these documents during the interview. at this point, it seems its all delaying tactics.
