All US Airlines accept it -(AP), but ensure that it’s direct flight. My fear is when you arrive in US Port, maybe they will grand you parole. Remember, you will pay a $1000 parole fee later after your arrival in the state. it could be after 1 to 3months It’s no longer free Ooo

yes, they have started charging $1k if you are allowed to enter ( Paroled ) I envisaging they will be allow AP users to come in bcos of the money which is good for us

I had issues traveling on AP with virgin Atlantic last year. they only let me board because I had a UK and Canada visa which was so stupid to me. They stressed me out which was so unnecessary but this was last year December so I don’t know if it’s changed

@God’s daughter I’m also a Nigerian. I will advise you go with another airline. BA and Virgin usually ask for Uk visa stamp in your passport because you’ll have a layover there. You might want to explore the likes of emirate, Qatar, Turkish, Ethiopia but if you have a valid Uk visa, you are good to go

Every Airline company operating to USA are given trainings on all required travel documents for the destination.

I thought someone said that vawa applicants do not pay to be parole back in and usually they parole you in for a year. I need more info

@God’s daughter ,that’s not what the law says, I have use it twice and I have no issues, and for those that says you will pay $1000 is a lie as you are exempted because you Adjusting your status ,you belong to 7 exceptional cases below “HR-1 provides ten exceptions to the $1,000 fee provided the alien establishes to the satisfaction of the Secretary of Homeland Security that the alien is being paroled because of one of the enumerated exceptions: (1) The alien has a medical emergency and the alien cannot obtain necessary treatment in the foreign state in which the alien is residing; or the medical emergency is life-threatening and there is insufficient time for the alien to be admitted to the United States through the normal visa process; (2) The alien is the parent or legal guardian of an alien described in paragraph (1) and the alien described in paragraph (1) is a minor; (3) The alien is needed in the United States to donate an organ or other tissue for transplant; and there is insufficient time for the alien to be admitted to the United States through the normal visa process; (4) The alien has a close family member in the United States whose death is imminent; and the alien could not arrive in the United States in time to see such family member alive if the alien were to be admitted to the United States through the normal visa process; (5) The alien is seeking to attend the funeral of a close family member; and the alien could not arrive in the United States in time to attend such funeral if the alien were to be admitted to the United States through the normal visa process; (6) The alien is an adopted child who has an urgent medical condition; who is in the legal custody of the petitioner for a final adoption-related visa; and whose medical treatment is required before the expected award of a final adoption-related visa; (7) The alien is a lawful applicant for adjustment of status under section 245 of the INA (8 U.S.C. 1255); and is returning to the United States after temporary travel abroad; (8) The alien has been returned to a contiguous country pursuant to section 235(b)(2)(C) of the INA (8 U.S.C. 1225(b)(2)(C)); and is being paroled into the United States to allow the alien to attend the alien's immigration hearing; (9) The alien has been granted the status of Cuban and Haitian entrant (as defined in section 501(e) of the Refugee Education Assistance Act of 1980 (Pub. @good luck pls from which country did you have the problem with boarding? I call them they are telling me they accept Ap from I’m confused I may cancel the ticket

@God’s daughter I flew out from New York….the people who tell you it’s okay on the phone aren’t the ones who would check you in at the airport

@God’s daughter I am telling you as a fellow Nigerian, you wouldn’t want to deal with any uncertainty on your way back. I have someone who bought the ticket. there was no issues going to Nigeria but they had to buy another ticket to come back. Since you are still here, it’s better you go with an airline that won’t stress you. Just as @good luck said, you are going to meet entirely different set of people at the airport.

You guys shld use Delta Airlline, United Airline. Use American Airlines that is a straight Flight. Shikena
