any vawa applicants waiting from Feb 2025 with out receiving ead after filing application from North Carolina
hi family I submitted my application through attorney under co9 category I received primafacie recipts of I 765
i465 I 360 I 131 on April. I done my biometric on may
15 . till now I didn’t received my ead san travel documents. is any one waiting with same time frame is it common . I raised service request couple times no reply.

the last notice says case transferred to Vermont office.for 2mths i haven’t heard anything from them.

@Gaby Rodriguez same here. my case was received 12/16. my ead renewal has not been granted yet. but I received my first pf in jan 25. what do u think is happening. i called uscis- they said they cant divulge anything on my case lol. i have sent an inquiry. my lawyer has done same. so fraustrating. i am currently using the extension

No, that my first Prima facie. my date of receipt is December 9 2024, in January 10 2025 I received my prima facie

USCIS agents told me I can't submit a inquiry or e-request through my account. They did it for me on my behalf. Also, they wouldn't accept my change of address by mail; they did it over the phone.

@Gaby Rodriguez we have similar time lines I received my 1st pf jan 10 too. my date of receipt for ead was dec 162024. my ead is a renewal so i am surprised its taking so long.
