Approved Today? From Nepal?
Hi everyone! I’m trying to identify someone who just got their I-485 case approved today. I know the person is from Nepal, and their case was filed between December 9, 2021, and January 6, 2022.
The case status changed directly from “RFE Response Received” to “Case Approved” today.

GC to Citizenship & Form I-130
Hi Everyone,
I am a GC holder and I have filed form I-130 (Texas Service Center) for my wife and it’s been 1 year and No response from USCIS.
I am thinking of getting a US citizenship so that I can expedite her case.
Has anyone else done the same thing?
I want to know how much time is it gonna take for me to get my citizenship and after that How can I change her form and how much time will it take to get her in the US?

Green Card
Guys my husband’s green card came in the mail yesterday, I didn’t even know it was there. I have informed delivery from USPS so I’ll see my mail prior to them delivering them and that was not on there. I came home from work this morning, went to the mail box and it was there I was so surprised. His SS card came last week. I opened the green card, bought a little give box like one of those that you buy little necklaces and bracelets from TJ max and such. I put like heavy things in the bottom, then place green card on top and write a little note to my husband as if it’s a little gift I got him. He has no idea it’s here because we haven’t received any recent updates since we got the message that card was produced. I’m so sleepy, I have work later but I asked him to try and come home before I leave for work lol. I will be recording everything. Guys I wish you all the best and speedy positive responses. Approved at last
Took me so many years as an immigrant from India, I even finished my education in the US but it didn't help. my PD was Dec 2012 but by the grace of God it was approved at last.

When we filed the I-130 petition, my husband had a different job and my husband changed his job and i have not received visa approval yet. I have been waiting for 16 months. So will my husband's job change affect my visa approval?
