Parole fee
Good evening Family,
I just wanted to ask if the $1,000 parole fees is applicable to VAWA applicants? Am just curious , if we decided to use AP for reentry, we don’t need to pay the $1,000 at the point of entry right since we are VAWA applicants? Thanks family.

We are seeing more and more vawa applicants being charge that fee, there is a post by attorney I Potter immigration law explaining about it on Facebook. Many attorneys are advising to not travel at the moment unless it's an emergency as everyday changes might occur.

No, I get paroled in without the fees. VAWA applicants are exempted
