Immigration Parole Fee Notice
Hi Everyone!! Has anyone received email/notice from USCIS stating “Immigration Parole Fee Notice Issued”? The notice says we have to pay $1000.00 at POE every time we travel outside and get paroled into US.

Sounds like it doesn't apply if you have a pending adjustment of status case and travelled abroad temporarily. See exception (7) in this link: https://uscode.house.gov/view.xhtml?req=granuleid:USC-prelim-title8-section1804&num=0&edition=prelim

@B K i am planning for trip next month so I asked my attorney about and what she replied to me: “As you received this advance parole based on your AOS filing, are exempt from the fee.”
