Issue with Payment for H1-B CAP Petition
My employer filed Form-129 on June 16 2025 on premium processing and they used check for payment. On June 28 I got message on uscis case status the petition is on hold and it will be rejected if they do not receive payment authorization. My employer checked the bank account the checks are not cashed.
I spoke with my company legal Team they plan to do this
1. Check with Bank and see if they can make them release funds before June 30.
2. Call USCIS and find what is exactly missing and check if they can submit other form of payment assuming step 1 fails.
3. If they are not able to make current petition move forward by Monday then they plan to file fresh petition in online with clear explanation letter why it’s being filed again so they will be still submitted within CAP deadline of June 30.
I am very sacred and devastated please let me know your thoughts and any other solutions that can be implemented.

"Correspondence was received ", No Renewal for Prima Facie
My case was original filed under i130 for i485, then later changed to i360. I filed in September of 2022 and have been receiving Prima Facie notices consistently before expiration, except for this month. I have not received any new Prima facies but my case was updated to "Correspondence was received" when neither me nor my lawyer sent anything to them. Anybody with a similar experience?
Also my i130 still shows as pending eventhough I filed i1360. Is this something that could cause me to likely have an interview for the i485 after vawa approval?
Also they sent me another i797c notice with the same receipt date September 2022 but a notice date in June 2025

we had our interview yesterday and today we received an approval notice in the account. interview was easy, no personal questions was asked and officer only asked my husband questions from i-485. we brought lots of pics from wedding and some of the events. we have 2 kids together and we showed their pics to the officer. interview was nice and easy Alhamdulillah!

Question regarding i485 interview wavier
I applied eb1c pp concurrently with i485 in May. My i140 is pending but biometric done for i485. In my account against i485, it says biometic complete as well as interview completed. Does it mean my interview has been wavied? I see some people saying that interview was later reschedule although it was wavied initially. Any thoughts?
EB2-1 Approved in 6 months.

I-485: Became current May 11th 2025, approved June 22. No RFEs, no interviews, no dependents. Case was transferred to non local FO before approval.
Waiting for GC in the mail.

hi everyone, I filed June 2022, July 2022 RFe, did not respond until May2023, because my first lawyer messed my application up. to date I have not received a prima facie. my now lawyer says it’s not a must to get one I should just focus on my work permit for right now. should I be concern about not receiving a prima facie? or can my case still be approved without such? #help#

the sad part is most people who come over here only for the green card I can say 60% but most also here for the right reasons ask yourself why worry when your green card take long to be approved? if you here for your wife or husband why worry why rush for your green card to be approve? if I'm here for my husband I don't care if my green card take 100 years as long my husband is right here with me I'm good so why the rush?and there some also with do everything in their power file for this file for vawa if you know you here for your spouse and things didn’t work out why don’t you go back? why seeking for vawa or try to stay here?
for those who know in there heart that come over here for the right reason may God help you on your journey and grant you with everything things your heart desires but for those you are using others to be here so they can leave once the have the greens card let your journey be the hardest journey you never have in your life and never have that green card….. it’s not good to use other for paper it’s life you playing with think about the one you using the ink about their feeling hey is no way in hell a citizen will bring you here to abuse you most that come over here for the wrong reason are the always the one using abuse so they can have chance with immigration buts wrong if you don’t love someone it’s better to be honest with them beside making them believe something that is no there…
