but when I checked the document's section there was an approval letter.
Any body knows how much time NVC is gonna take to send me the letter and transfer the case to embassy ? please help. #i-130

My VAWA was approved in June 2024. I was requested to submit a medical exam in March 2025, and I delivered it on April 25, 2025. However, I haven't seen any updates on my case indicating that the medical has been received. How long will it take to see an update, and how long do I have to wait for the next update like interview scheduled od card produced?

Today is one of the best days I’ve had in a long time alhamdoulilah my case has been approved 1 week after they sent me an RFE I sent the document they needed on Friday morning and got approved this morning so it only really took 1 business day after they received my original marriage certificate to approve us

my i485 moved to nonlocal Fo and action taken email for both applicant and dependent but FTA0 in api
my i485 moved to nonlocal Fo 4/16. thn 4/25 ead apprvd & today both of us got email saying action takn, nthng on site but api-new event created 2day but shows same status as fta0 as last updated event. any1 experncd this? what to expect now? any help would be appreciated
case denied!
my case was denied shortly after they sent my letter for an interview date, I could not attend to the interview because my letter came after the supposed interview date., I called and was told it would be rescheduled! I got an email two days ago from USCIS and I was told my case would be replied in 10 working case concerning the interview! today i received a denial! what can I do? am worried. anyone in this situation ?

filling ead(co9) by myself
hello, please I really need help, can someone explain to me how to file for ead by myself, my lawyer file for I-360 but I just called to see if they got any ead application because I did not get a receipt for the ead,but they said they did not. so now I just want to file by myself because my lawyer is taking forever to reply, please how do I file(I only got the I-360 reciept and prima facie)
