WAITING FOR INTERVIEW IN BRAZIL
A month after my lawyer sent a public inquiry to the NVC, they qualified all documents, and now we’re waiting for the interview date. How long is it taking to schedule an interview in Rio? My category is IB‑2.
Also, my lawyer only sent the inquiry because I threatened to do it myself. Don’t just accept everything your lawyer tells you. If the NVC requests documents, make sure you send them even if your lawyer thinks they’re unnecessary.

Good morning Everyone, My I485 interview has been scheduled, My I360 is still pending and I want to know the next steps, Is this a red flag or not….. please I need your input….

no update after interview, nervous
so my husband and I had our interview August 11th at the federal plaza New York… we had a lease, and our joint credit card and affidavit letters along with pictures, we are not rich so we don’t go out a lot… we had no lawyer. my husband got nervous and forgot the month we have been married and how long we dated… he also forgot my degree….. the lady was a bit aggressive and went in on him because he was messing up a bit… it lasted for 20 minutes and at the end she gave a white paper….saying they will mail a decision… I am a wreck and I don’t know what’s next, I can barely eat or sleep , just waiting…..and being on social media makes it worse as people say it will be removal proceedings…any advice?
