I-765 got denied
My i-765 renewal application was denied but my VAWA is still pending and I don’t know what to do and I still have my I-131 pending also. is this a bad sign

@ayel yael yes I got a receipt but I was surprised on the denial after waiting 11 months and my I-131 is still pending

you will need your i485 because the i765 for vawa is based on the c(9) category

apply with lawyer again you might made some mistakes when you filling your file
