@Jack jack that’s strange. when did you do your interview at Kansas FO?

and for the case status update, some time they won’t update after an action was taken. my case was moved to FO from NBC, and I never got the notification. I only got to kbow once I received the interview notice from my FO.

Yesterday I got an answer from USCIS HQ in Washington about an inquiry I filled back in August. The email said that they are still reviewing my case and I would be notified by mail about a later decision (generic answer I know). What intrigued me was the office that answered me. I don’t know if my case has moved from offices, I don’t know. My FO is also Kansas City (we had the interview on November 3rd too) or was 😅

I didn’t even remember that I had this inquiry still open. Had 2 surprises: one that they answered. And two, that maybe my case was moved from Kansas City to HQ in Washington… 🤷🏼‍♀️

@Jack jack yes, like many others, i had my interview on Nov. 3rd at Kansas FO too.

@Abe Moor go to the website and amswer questions. they will send for more information to fill out forms. Did he mention what the rfe was about?

@sharmeen moona more pay stubs (at least past 1 year) and BDV contract. Could you please share their website?
