Hi! Not under VAWA, but USCIS issued an RFE for me too, and they recieved the response on october 29 and approved my case on november 21. Chicago FO. Best of luck🥰

Hi, Its been 10 months since my VAWA approval too, no RFE for medicals or any movement on my green card. I am very disappointed and tired too.

my vawa was approved last month 18th, December 8th got rfe for medical, sent it to my attorney office yesterday, I remain hopeful in few weeks to come for approval 🙏🙏

@AS filed vawa January 18th 2022, I stayed 46 months plus, 7 prima facie, no single RFE, was approved November 18th

@all, my vawa was approved in November 2023 and we submitted my medical in April 2024, but they remain silent despite my Senator and Congressman intervention until l got approved 12/10/25 and pick up my card 12/18/25, stay positive, your congrats on the way guys
