the officer started out asking me questions about how I met my husband and was the relationship like. my lawyer has to asked her why is she asking me those questions bei already have an approve VAWA… the supervisor has to come in then after that they start asking the I- 485 questions.

@DIOS WITH US ALWAYS 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻 I Filed for VAWA in October of 2020 got approved in November of 2023, then I got a letter saying that USCIS did not have jurisdiction over my case because I got an NTA to appear in court. I got that dismissed in October of 2024, so that USCIS can reopen my case.
