i 130 interview

so my husband filed for my kids in Africa, in 2021. i am here in the us i got my greencard in 2023, my kids have just got a notice for interview, but it didn't go through nvc, i have gotten the actual letter am just wondering how is this possible? they just have 130 online nothing else am confused 😕

Got my RFE for Good moral character, Good faith marriage and Qualifying relationship..I believe I send all when I submitted.all documents. Right now my lawyer wants to charge me $5000 for his service for this RFE. can any one with similar assist with what to do? thanks

hi everyone is there anyone who filed EAD between January 20 to 15 February? why my EAD taking longer than expected, still shows that 2 months for decision ! what’s going on ?

I applied for my EAD & AP renewal in February, I didn’t get a receipt and no response from them till now, my current combo card expires in 3 days, I’m beyond frustrated and don’t know what to do.

Approved! i-485 and i-730 interview experience within US 🇺🇸

Our I-485 & I-730 Double Interview 🇺🇸 One week ago, my wife and I had a joint interview - my asylum-based I-485 and her I-730 petition. Same room, same officer. Waited ~15 mins, offcier called our number, raised our right hands, and swore in. ✋ i-730, The officer asked my wife 5-7 basic questions: my birthday, job, address, any crimes. Then took her fingerprints and photo For my I-485, I got the usual address and random security questions - like if I ever worked in prostitution (seriously 😅), overstayed a visa, or applied for protection from removal. At the end, I shared our almost 10 year photo album, bills, and insurance - she smiled and said they’d try to wrap it up the same day No online update appeared until today - now it says my green card is being produced! 🎉 My wife’s I-730 still shows no change yet. But honestly, we didn’t even get online updates that interviews were scheduled, keep your eyes on your mail box, and all these rankings in thia app doesn’t really matter at all! I applied for the I-131 and I-765 on May 23, 2024. According to the USCIS processing times, the average wait time is 11 months. Starting July 1, based on USCIS processing times, I will be able to submit an inquiry because I still haven’t received any response regarding the I-131. What are the chances that, once I file a case inquiry for being outside normal processing time, my case might be reviewed faster? Has anyone had a similar experience? Thanks!!

I'm really exhausted and tired. I received a letter stating that USCIS Intend to deny my I-485. please share your thoughts and experiences if you have any. I am totally confused.

I went to the interview and within 24 hours I received APPROVAL for my GREEN CARD

Finally Thanks to Lord I got my approval Letter on 30, June, which was approved on 14 May,2025 what's next should I wait NVC or submit inquiry? Please share your experience

Woke up to the best news ever. FINALLY APPROVED AFTER 19 MONTHS! 🥳🥹 Our congressman reached out to USCIS on our behalf early June, not sure if that helped or it was about our time to get approved.

Partners Green Card Decision.

Hello, I applied for AOS along with my spouse via EB2. it’s a long distance relationship and we’ve had our interview around a month ago. We’re not sure it went great as there seem to be extra scrutiny because of a past marrriage. My (principal applicant) green card has been approved and produced but there’s been no update on my spouse since. what do you think this means or how long should I expect to get an update
