Alguien igual que yo en espera mas de 4 meses despues de un rfe y que su rfe sea del 2025?
Estoy muy peeocupada recibi un rfe el 5 de febero del 2025 respondi el rfe el 24 de abril y el 8 de mayo pase a recibido y activamente revisandose, la mayoria de los casos q recibieron en mi tiempo un rfe y con los cuales estoy en un grupo los negaron casi de inmediato luego de pasar a activamente revisandose, pero mi caso sigue ahi congelado habra algun problema adicional? o sera positivo que siga asi?

Hola mi aplicación y fecha de recibo para mi I485 fue en septiembre 6 2024 en octubre 2024 hice huellas y recibí mi permiso de trabajo y social pero hasta ahora no e tenido ninguna otra actualización de mi proceso mi esposa es residente cubana por lo que lo aplicación es ajuste de estatus cubano alguien que haya tenido el mismo proceso me podría dar algo más de información sobre esto por favor se agradece mucho los tips y ayudas se que la espera desespera pero ahí vamos con toda la fe de pronto recibir noticias positivas suerte a todos.

Hi guys, I have been waiting about 45 days for my OPT to be processed. I haven’t had any updates yet apart from getting my receipt notice. my job start date was meant to be September 1st.. I am starting to become a little anxious as I don’t want to wait too long incase my company isn’t happy.
Has anyone got any updates from July applicants or see any trends in July regarding processing?

Hey guys…I’m still waiting for my asylum decision since February and it’s been 6 months already and I don’t know what to do. I added my wife during my interview and she completed her biometric in April but there is no any update after that. It still shows “Application Is Pending “. I had TPS which expired on Aug 20. My case hasn’t update for 508 days is that normal?
Hi everyone, I wanted to share my situation and see if anyone else is in the same boat. My asylum-based green card case has been pending for 508 days with no updates at all. I know delays are common, but I’m starting to worry if this is still normal.
From what I’ve read, asylum I-485 cases can take anywhere from 12 to 40 months, but many people seem to get theirs in about a year or so. Mine is already past 16 months, and I haven’t heard anything.
👉 Has anyone else experienced this kind of wait time for asylum adjustment? How long did your case take? Any advice on what I should do next?
