case back to uscis for review after interview
my embassy(pakistan) sent back my case(IR1) to uscis for review and still uscis didnt received and i email to my country embassy and they reply " ur case sent to uscis for review and revoke " anyone have experience ? when uscis received my case then they update status or not ?

how much time your I-130 took to get approved by USCIS ?
did you gave the interview at Islamabad US Embassy or before that they sent the case back to USCIS?
pls answer

@Saad Iqbal saad bhai mera interview 16june ko tha aur unho ny 221g dya aur divorced certificate mnga aur meiny 15augu ko submit krwaya aur phly status refuse rha phir 5december ko "returned to nvc " aur sath email ayi ky apka case uscis ko review and revoke ky liye sent kr dya hy ...

i understood now, maybe you didn't submitted divorce certificate before while the case was with USCIS is this true? if yes then i guess the process is that again the USCIS will first approve then nvc then ISB embassy but if your spouse get help from the congressman then definitely you will get some help from them and the process will go faster Inshallah

@Saad Iqbal g bhai uscis ky waqt form fill krty waqt 1st husband koi info nhi likhi lawyer ny ..maybe apki wali bat thk ho
