I received a USCIS notification today: “On June 30, 2025, we received your form I-751, petition to remove conditions on Residence, Receipt number ————— , and sent you a receipt notice or acceptance notice” I went to the document section to see a preview or the notice but there’s nothing there. Is this normal? Does this means case was accepted and now they are going to start processing it to make final decision? Thank you

Hi family, I want to get volunteer departure in my removal proceedings ( individual hearing in April 2026). Because i lost my father and mother is old too. I wanna spend my time with my mother. i131 is denied because of removal proceedings. I know my I 485 will be automatically denied if i leave. I want to know if they approve My i360. Since i am planning to stay outside for around 3 years. Will a 3 year Bar apply to me?. Do i have to get any waiver. Is there any time period after getting approved for vawa to get visa? What if my Spouse Divorce me after leaving U.S. Will i be eligible for waiver? I have no criminal record. Entered illegally through border and released on Bond in 2019. #vawa #asylum #removal #visa

Got my 10 year marriage based green card!

Hello everyone, First of all I want to wish everyone good luck! Soon you will hear good news! My timeline is below In March 2025 we got a denial notice bcs of some paper work issues Then we filled for I290b even tho an attorney told us not to do that and just file new I485 I saw an update on my i485 in May 2025 it went from case Denied>>>case is under review and in 2 days I got an interview notice Interview was on 24th of June at 6.45am The officer was nice and only asked for new I683 and lease agreement and said he will approve us (interview took about 10 minutes) next day I got an approval notice in my online account 30th of June- card was produced 2nd of July I got my 10 year green card( I'm glad I don't need to worry about remove conditions and just forget about paperwork untill citizenship)

hi all! after my response to RFE was received last week, we just got a notification that out i-130 was approved but no updates on i-485. any one ran into this situation? does this mean my green card was or is about to be approved as well?

Hi guys! Few weeks ago, I contacted Emma and talk to an online agent. After putting me on wait for checking my case, he told me that he is not allowed to tell me about the steps of the case. He then closed the conversation I couldn't even read the full text he wrote. I sent an inquiry about 3 weeks ago, there's nothing back still.

Finally, I got my I-130 approval today after 20 months, 3 weeks and 2 days spouse of a USC, NO RFE’s. it has been one hell of a ride and not an easy journey. I just want to say to everyone who is still waiting for an approval that your time is near all you need to do is continue praying because prayer works. I’m sooooo happy right now.
