Happy holidays!
my I140 is being pending for 8 month, almost 9. I applied for EB3 as a nurse in Nebraska center. Is anyone in same situation? how long it takes for it to get approved? should I file for premium process?

my sister is a nurse as well and her hospital applied for her using premium processing. Got approved in 3 days
